The school started with Lady Ann Chinwe Obodoeze as the first principal Ambassador Emmanuel Nonso Egwuchukwu, the first dean of studies, Master Patrick Tochukwu Ejide as the school bursar and other teachers CIC was established in October 12, 2020 following local government education curriculum and development in Nigeria. Six months after her opening, she lost her first amiable and dedicated principal Lady Ann Chinwe Obodoeze who departed this earthly dwelling on the 28th day of April 2021.
